"Is Tippecanoe a Welcoming Community?"
Speakers/Authors Dr. Will Miller (http://www.drwillmiller.com/) and Mr. Bryant K. Smith (http://www.smithcan.com/home), along with a diverse group of Tippecanoe residents, will participate in a lively and interactive day of dialogue regarding how welcoming our community is and what steps can be taken to make it a welcoming place for all people. This biennial conference sponsored by the Tippecanoe Diversity Round Table (http://www.diversitytippecanoe.org/) is under the auspices of Greater Lafayette Commerce and has sold out in previous years -- and will be held at Ivy Tech Community College, Creasy Lane, Lafayette on Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 9am to 4pm.
The $35 registration fee includes a hot lunch from V's Delicacies, a copy of the book "Refrigerator Rights" by Dr. Will, along with morning coffee, presentations, a panel discussion, and small group learning.
