Tippy Connect engages young professionals, future leaders, and current members by using professional development, community involvement, and networking opportunities to enhance their career and personal skills.
Tippy Connect is organized in order to be a staple in Greater Lafayette's young professionals’ lives by offering opportunities for education, improvement and the betterment of the professional areas of their lives. Tippy Connect serves as a recruitment tool for local area business and as a way of welcoming and integrating those relocating to the area.
Professional Development: We are committed to provide opportunities for young professionals to advance their skills or expertise to help them succeed in their careers. Directly and indirectly we provide workshops, leadership development opportunities, and educational resources.
Community Involvement: Our ability to be strategically involved in the community in many ways includes hosting our own events, fund raising, attending other community events and providing volunteers, financial resources, and our professional skills to our community. We also strive to be the universal resource for all young professionals to find out how to get involved in the community organization of their choice.
Networking: We create opportunities for young professionals to develop relationships with others in the community to enrich both their personal and professional life.
Service: We provide meaningful opportunities for our members to give back to the community we live in by teaming up with local non-profits to meet local needs.
