Moving on to a concern for working relationships and efficiency of office staff, we will look at Pattern #152:  Half Private Office. 

Any working group is affected by the space in which they are housed.  There seems to be no typical accommodation for office or other staff workers, but there is strong evidence that some office configurations promote collegiality and teamwork better than others.  And it’s just as valid for a staff of two as two hundred.
