Marketing - Create internal and external communications, newsletters and promotional materials and is responsible for building media relationships Social Development - Plan and implement all monthly and annual events hosted by Tippy Connect Professional Development - organize workshops, Top 10 Under 40 awards and luncheon and other development opportunities Community Involvement - Works with our nonprofit beneficiary to support and provide volunteer opportunities to our members and responsible for organizing outreach efforts and matching those with civic needs in the community. Membership - Increase awareness and reach of Tippy Connect in the community, welcomes new members and implements strategic retention initiatives.

The Membership ($40*) includes invitation to networking events (including private invites to local community events), attend events at "members only" rate, discounts on registration fees, reciprocal membership to Greater Lafayette Commerce (members only rates, website listing under Tippy Connect and GLC newsletter, mailings and invitations), TC exclusive corporate tours, quarterly leadership lunches with community leaders, featured TC member in TC and GLC newsletter and opportunity to serve on committees. *Membership for the third and fourth quarters of the year are reduced.
